GreenHydrogen 2030: Scaling Clean Energy Across Europe
The Challenge
A consortium of research institutions and industry partners needed to secure funding for a large-scale green hydrogen demonstration project. The previous submission under Horizon 2020 had been rejected due to weak impact sections and an unbalanced consortium.
Our Solution
We restructured the entire proposal from the ground up, redesigning the impact pathways with quantifiable KPIs, rebalanced the consortium by adding strategic partners from Southern and Eastern Europe, and rewrote the technical narrative to better align with the call's specific requirements.
The Result
The proposal scored 14.5/15 and was ranked #1 in its call topic. The project is now in its second year, with all milestones on track.
